Welcome to the Virginia Housing | Housing Choice Voucher Program Landlord Portal! The Landlord Portal is a secure, web-based tool landlords/HAP payees use to access information on properties leased under the HCV Program. User-friendly menus and instructions make it easy to reconcile your accounts.

 

You can access information on payments, payment holds and abatements. Information can be saved and printed from any internet connected computer. The portal automatically defaults to display 12 months of payment information. You can also view historical data by using the calendar filter to choose a date range. 


The portal is available 24 hours a day and is updated nightly between 3am and 6am to ensure current information is displayed for the next business day. 

(PLEASE READ: We have disabled the direct deposit statement report as it must be reprogrammed by the vendor to accurately reflect reimbursements in addition to payments. Please use the payment tab to view the payment detail for each voucher holder.

Virginia Housing's Customer Call Center can be reached during normal business hours from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm toll free at 877-843-2123. Please tell the Call Center Representative that you wish to speak with someone in the Housing Choice Voucher Accounting Department.
